Shipping Terms

Full payment is required before shipment, once payment has been received the goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Wescor Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) policy

We will only accept unopened products for return within 14 days of the purchase date. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item on review of cause of defects.

  • All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, send us an email at admin@wescor.com.au Please include the following information in your email. Full name of purchaser (i.e., name of buyer) Email address used to place order (i.e., paul@tmail.com) and invoice number.
  • All order changes or cancellations should be reported prior to shipping by phone on 0401556546 or Email admin@wescor.com.au

Your invoice number is required if the product is opened or unopened & reason for return

  • If product(s) are damaged due to mistreatment Wescor reserves the right to not refund/replace at our expense, all charges will be payable by the customer, Shipping cost on replacement products will also be charged to the customer for payment.
  • Change of mind – If product has been shipped and customer changes their mind return freight charge will be on forwarded to the customer.
  • It is the customers responsibility to supply labour to change over components if required, either inside or outside of warranty. We are available on the phone to assist for troubleshooting.
  • When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new product at our expense. Any items marked “Back-ordered” are temporarily out of stock. We will ship them to you immediately when they are available.
  • All return equipment will be subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests by Wescor Electrical before a refund/exchange is processed.
  • All electrical products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. The Manufacturer’s warranty process will be followed.
  • Conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident, or alterations are not covered under warranties, returns or refunds.
